An email was sent with details in a direct email to graduation applicants at the end of March. Read the info below for the campus that is more convenient to you!

Purchase your cap and gown, personalized announcements and more at the WSU Bookstore, your official Winona State location for all of your graduation needs! 

Merchandise is available in our Kryzsko Commons store or online by shopping the Graduation catalog. 

• Cap & Gowns and personalized announcements will be available for purchase online in Nov.  Click on the SHOP link above and choose the "Graduation" catalog to purchase Cap & Gown packages, personalized announcements, diploma frames and more. 

• When purchasing your Personalized Graduation Announcements, you must include this information during checkout: FULL NAME, DEGREE (BS, BA, MA, MS, etc.), MAJOR(S), MINOR(S), CEREMONY TIME  We may need up to 3 business days to complete your order.  All items will be held and shipped together.  Not providing this information will delay your order further!
  

   

Some FAQ about graduation ceremonies:
Q. What color is the cap and gown?
A. All graduates, Associate, Bachelor and Master degrees wear black.

Q. What is the difference between Bachelor and Master outfits?
A. Master gowns have noticeable, long sleeves where the Bachelor gowns do not.  Master candidates also have a hood to complete their outfit.

What do I need to know to make my purchase?
A. It seems basic, but you need to know the degree you will be receiving.  Your Bachelor Degree choices (BS or BA) determines your tassel color.  Master degrees need to know their major (Education, Community Counseling, Nursing, etc.) in order to determine their hood color.
